UpSafer was established based on three core principles:

These principles guide every engagement and reflect my commitment to practical, people-focused solutions that deliver continuous improvement.
With over 15 years of experience across the New Zealand dairy sector, grounded in hands-on farming in the Taranaki region, I developed a strong understanding of practical operations, risk management, and the importance of systems that support people in the manufacture industry.
Progressing into leadership roles, I led teams and delivered successful projects across agriculture, and later expanded my capabilities during the COVID-19 period by completing a Diploma in Workplace Health and Safety Management, gaining experience in the construction sector, and understanding the importance of systems that support people rather than slow them down.
UpSafer was created to change that across Aotearoa New Zealand, building practical, integrated management systems in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, with simpler, more connected systems that reflect how organisations actually work.
